Guest Services: An Overview

Upon Arrival at Aulani, the resort offers unique Guest Services that makes any stay a relaxing one.

 

- Childcare services: In-room childcare services or supervised activities at Aunty’s Beach House

- Anytime Check-In:  A guest can check-in at anytime at their own convenience, but the Room is not available until 3:00pm 

- Check-out is however still by 11:00 AM but the check-in/out lounge is available for all guests to use until transportation out     of the resort is ready.

-Disney Photography: There are many experiences and memories made during vacations so why not capture them!                   Purchasing a Disney Photopass upon arrival givesguests the opportunity to call upon a photographer at any time to capture   those precious moments.

- ATM’s located in the hotel lobby for use 24/7

- Bell waiter service throughout the day or night, to move your luggage around the resort.

- A concierge desk, specifically for event, activities or dining reservations

- A Grocery store or grocery service. If you’re staying in a villa you can buy your own groceries or arrange for groceries to be     delivered to your room for you.

- High speed internet, available for free in both rooms and throughout the resort

- A laundry where guests can wash their own clothes or call for them to be washed or dry cleaned

- Mail services: concierge has it’s own mail service to send letters and postcards back home.
